Under the direction of Clay Hine, Atlanta Vocal Project is Atlanta's best a cappella chorus specializing in the barbershop style. Our vision is to enrich lives in every generation in our surrounding communities through performances, music education, school system programs, and community activities through the life long benefits of a cappella harmony singing and performances.

What's happening?
  • AVP is Recording a CD!!

    During the months of September and October, AVP is going to spend some of our normal rehearsal nights in a recording studio laying down tracks for our upcoming Christmas CD! If you are planning to join us on any Thursday evening in September or October, please check the calendar to make sure we're rehearsing at our normal location.

  • AVP Opens for Home Free at the Variety Playhouse, Monday, October 13, 2014, 8:00pm

    Atlanta Vocal Project is proud to have been chosen to open for Home Free, the season 4 champions of NBC's Sing-Off. The performance will be at the Variety Playhouse. Go here for tickets.

  • AVP Performs at the Night of Hope Gala Friday, October 17, 2014, 6:00pm

    Atlanta Vocal Project supports our community in many ways. On the evening of October 17, we will perform at the ALS Night Of Hope Gala at the Buckhead InterContinental. Over the past eight years, the Night of Hope Gala has raised over $4.4 million dollars to fund critical research for ALS. Each year, the gala committee enlists the help of corporate sponsors and individual donors to assist in the major undertaking of bringing awareness to this tragic illness and to fund various research initiatives.

  • AVP's 9th Annual Christmas Show, Saturday, December 20, 2014, 4:00pm

    On Saturday, December 20 at 4:00pm, AVP will present Sounds of Christmastime, our annual Christmas performance featuring secular and sacred Christmas music. This year, not only will you be able to come and enjoy the music of the season in person, you will also be able to take us home with you. Our newest CD will be available for purchase at the end of the performance. Tickets will go on sale very soon. Watch here for details!
