Diva Day / Real Men Sing

The mission of Diva Day / Real Men Sing is to:

  • Enrich young lives through a cappella vocal music while perpetuating the barbershop harmony style.
  • Promote excellence in young singers by providing the best overall musical experience in an educational environment where students can learn from top adjudicators and performers, as well as from each other.
  • Provide a deeper understanding of an authentically American art-form, and to send students home with a new-found passion for singing, making music a part of the rest of their lives.

Diva Day / Real Men Sing will take place at Chattahoochee High School [view map] on Saturday, February 18, 2017 starting at 9:00am. This year's clinician is the director of Atlanta Vocal Project, Clay Hine. Clay is also the baritone of the 1999 International Champion Quartet, FRED. Clay is one of the premier arrangers of songs in the barbershop style within the Barbershop Harmony Society. The teaching quartet is Vox, one of the top 5 quartets within the Dixie District of the Barbershop Harmony Society.
